You should know what you are buying before you pay. Here is what your first three months with us look like in practical terms. The timetable may vary with your website, but the sequence remains the same: measure first, fix access, produce what answer engines cite, seek out third-party sources, then measure again in full view.
Weeks 1 and 2: we freeze the questions and measure the baseline
We write down with you the questions your buyers actually ask, then freeze them. We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini those questions and record the baseline answer, including zeros. This first measurement becomes your reference: without it, no before and after comparison is honest. In parallel, we check that search crawlers can access your website with real fetch tests, because a hosting firewall can block them without anyone seeing it.
Weeks 3 to 6: we fix access and structure, then publish the first authority piece
We fix what prevents the engines from reading and understanding you: crawler access, page structure and structured data. Then we publish the first piece that answers a buyer’s question precisely, not filler content. Every publication is submitted to you before it goes live, with time to say no: you remain the publisher of your content.
Weeks 7 to 10: we establish the rhythm and work on third-party sources
Content settles into a rhythm, one authority piece at a time. More importantly, we work beyond your own website: we identify the sources AI systems cite for your questions, and those that carry authority in your field, including press, professional directories, partners and reviews, and strengthen your presence where they look. A perfect website that is absent from third-party sources remains one candidate among many.
Weeks 11 to 13: we measure again, in full view
We return to the frozen questions and measure again on the same engines, using the same protocol. You receive the curve every month, not a surprise at the end of the year. And we keep to our rule of honesty: if, after full deployment, the share of AI answers that cite you does not increase and visits from answer engines do not move either, we tell you. Concretely: two consecutive quarterly readings with no progress, and we recommend in writing that you stop.
These 90 days do not guarantee a citation. No one can guarantee one. They guarantee a method that you can see moving forward, with measurements to support it, month after month.
