The short version: this website sets no cookies and embeds no trackers. HENUSSE processes the data you send us; the hosting provider retains the technical connection logs described below.
Data controller
Théo Hénusse, entrepreneur individuel under French law, Kerfiac, 22330 Le Mené, France. Email: theo@henusse.com.
What this website does not do
No cookies, no third-party analytics, no embedded social media buttons and no form that feeds a mailing list. The hosting provider retains technical connection logs (IP address, pages requested) for the security and proper operation of the service, for the period set out in its own policy.
What we process and why
When you write to us or call us, we process the data you provide (identity, contact details, message content) for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare for the discussion you request. The legal basis is either taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).
Retention periods
Correspondence with no commercial follow-up is deleted no later than three years after the last contact. Correspondence relating to a contract follows the statutory retention periods applicable to commercial and accounting documents.
Recipients
Your data are neither sold nor rented, and are not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. They are processed by Théo Hénusse or Nicole Hénusse, according to the intended recipient of your enquiry, and by strictly necessary technical providers (website and email hosting). The website is hosted by a provider established in the United States (NameSilo, LLC), on servers located in Canada. Where this processing involves a transfer outside the European Union, it relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the adequacy decision for Canada and Article 46 safeguards for other recipients.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection provided by the GDPR, as well as the right to set instructions on what happens to your data. To exercise these rights, email theo@henusse.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
