HENUSSE Making your company readable by AI. Outside, and in.

The Operational Method · AI training

How do you make sense of AI beyond the hype?

HENUSSE advises and trains business leaders and their teams to understand what AI really is, how it works, what it costs, where its limits lie and how to use it without becoming locked in.

  • Initial call with no obligation
  • Written scope before any work begins

The formats

Understand before you buy

The training provides a framework for decision-making. It does not require a specific tool or a subsequent integration project.

Four reference points

Understand the technology before choosing a use

01

What it is

The training explains the models in clear terms, what they can do and what remains marketing.

02

How it works

Data, context, instructions and output explain why an answer varies and where human responsibility lies.

03

What it costs

The full cost covers tools, team time, integration, hosting and upkeep, not only the advertised subscription.

04

Its limits

A useful decision starts with the limits: errors, confidentiality, dependence, obsolescence and the need for checks.

Business leaders and teams

One subject, two responsibilities

The business leader must decide where AI warrants time, a budget and a rule. The team must know how to use it, check what it produces and recognise situations in which it should not be used.

The scoping phase therefore distinguishes governance decisions, working practices and shared rules. The aim is autonomy, not dependence on a vocabulary or an interface.

Formats

Half-day, full day or ongoing guidance

01

Half-day

The half-day establishes the concepts, shares a common vocabulary and examines initial uses with a targeted group.

02

Full day

The full day connects the concepts to working situations, then practises, compares and writes the first safeguards.

03

Ongoing guidance

Ongoing guidance moves forward in stages, reviews how AI is actually being used and adjusts the rules as people learn.

Price

The prices, plainly

A training day costs €1,400 excl. VAT; it is exactly the on-site advisory day published on the Operational Method page. The written quotation sets out the selected format: the 3-hour-30-minute half-day costs €800 excl. VAT and each two-hour sequence costs €450 excl. VAT. These prices have been effective since 5 August 2026. Revision of 20 August 2026: the day can be booked on its own, with no prior scoping.

Learn without becoming locked in

Reference points that remain valid when the tool changes

01

Question

Learn to distinguish an appealing demonstration from a use that works in your business.

02

Check

Review the output, check its sources and assign the decision to the right person, even when the tool responds with confidence.

03

Keep an exit route

Preserve your data, your methods and your ability to change tools or stop.
