The Operational Method · Support
How do you keep an AI integration useful over time?
Autonomous day to day, maintained over time. After installation, HENUSSE can provide ongoing monthly support to keep the tool up to date, secure and aligned with your business.
- First call with no commitment
- Written scope before any work begins
The scope
New technology needs maintenance
AI changes quickly. A tool that is installed and forgotten deteriorates. Support keeps yours up to date, secure and aligned with your business.
The distinction
Installing is not maintaining
An integration depends on tools, models, rules, data and people that change. Without maintenance, responses drift, access permissions accumulate, documentation becomes outdated and actual use moves away from the intended workflow.
Monthly support does not replace the team. It gives them a designated checkpoint and a way to handle changes without rebuilding in an emergency.
Recurring support
Four responsibilities to scope
01
Keep it up to date
We track the workflow components, we apply the necessary updates and we check that the whole system continues to work as intended.
02
Keep it secure
We review access, dependencies and data flows. We address changes that alter the level of risk.
03
Keep it aligned
We adapt the rules, fields and deliverables when the business or organisation changes.
04
Keep it transferable
We maintain the documentation and reversibility so that the tool remains understandable to people other than the person who installed it.
A monthly framework
The support scope is set out in the written quotation
01
What is monitored
We monitor the components, data, outputs and uses that must remain under control.
02
How we communicate
We agree the points of contact, the channel, the check-in frequency and how you report an incident or change.
03
What triggers a separate engagement
A major change may fall outside ongoing support. It is then scoped and priced separately before work begins.
Price
Monthly support from €400 excl. VAT
Support starts at €400 excl. VAT per month. The exact amount is set out in the quotation, based on the workflow, its components and the agreed level of maintenance.
The operating boundary
Autonomous does not mean abandoned
Your team uses the tool without waiting for HENUSSE at every step. HENUSSE handles the agreed maintenance, discrepancies and changes that require technical or methodological responsibility.
Support does not mean that a tool will never encounter an error. It organises monitoring, response, documentation and decision-making when the environment changes.
The starting point
Scope the maintenance alongside the integration.
The 30-minute call lets us review the workflow, its level of dependency and what needs to remain under monitoring.
