HENUSSE Making your company readable by AI. Outside, and in.

AI search optimisation · Special cases

Your situation is not standard? It is probably here.

The Pricing, Foundation and Price list pages say what costs what. This page answers the other question, the one you are actually asking: “yes, but in my case the website sits with a closed provider, I have five hundred products, I already have a webmaster…” Six real situations, and what we do in each one, commitment included.

All prices published on this page exclude VAT and have been effective since 5 August 2026.

Case 1

Your website is locked inside a platform that exports nothing

Some website builders have no “export” button: your content is in there, but you cannot take it with you. The good news: we need no cooperation at all from your previous provider. The only asset that matters is your domain name.

The route is always the same. First we check that the domain is registered in your name, and if your previous provider holds it, bringing it back to you comes before anything else. We then build the new website in parallel, on your new hosting, from your material and from your content recovered page by page. The switch is a simple address change (DNS): the old host has nothing to authorise. The redirect plan is in place the same day, and you only cancel the old subscription after a month of checking.

Page-by-page recovery has its price on the price list: €1,400 excl. VAT for up to fifty pages of the old website, then €20 excl. VAT per page.

Our commitment: we never ask for your previous provider’s credentials and we never bypass any protection. The domain in your name first, the switch next, the cancellation last.

Case 2

You have a catalogue of dozens or hundreds of products

An answer engine recommending a product draws on the catalogues it can read, and almost no SME catalogue is readable: PDFs, three-line product pages, no structured data. That is an enormous opportunity, because whoever makes their catalogue readable becomes the default source for their category.

Our method: we design the mould for your perfect product page once, its structure, its buyer questions and its structured data wired to fields (product, price, specifications, availability). Then your data source, an export from your software or a spreadsheet, feeds the mould: every product page comes out with its markup injected, validated and sample-checked.

The mould is worth one page in scope, €1,400 excl. VAT. Every product page cast from it is worth €28 excl. VAT, a price measured on our own pilot, not estimated. The pilot’s exact date and volume are not established by published evidence. Five hundred product pages readable by the engines therefore cost less than about ten conventional pages.

Our commitment: an error threshold written into the quotation, sample checking, and any non-compliant batch corrected in full, without touching your revision allowance.

Case 3

Your customers look for you in several languages

Engines do not give the same answer depending on the language of the question. A trilingual website means three sets of answers to win, and two layers of work.

The website layer: every page in scope exists in every language, with its adaptation (buyer questions are not phrased the same way in English or in Dutch) and its structured data. The first added language is worth €700 excl. VAT per page: it pays for the glossary of your voice and for the language scaffolding. Each further language is worth €550 excl. VAT per page: it is poured into scaffolding that has already been paid for.

The programme layer: every month, every language receives all of that month’s articles, adapted into its voice, and follows its own set of measured questions. That work is recurring and does not spread out over time, so the price is the same per language: +€490 excl. VAT per month on the Essential tier and +€1,190 excl. VAT on the Authority tier (translating a batch of four articles costs less than four translations, and that is passed on). The Sovereignty tier includes two or three languages.

Our commitment: every language has its own citation reading. A zero in Dutch stays a zero in Dutch.

Case 4

You already have a webmaster, and he will not give his access to anyone

He is right. A serious provider does not hand out server access, and we do not need it: the monthly programme works with a plain WordPress account holding minimal permissions and a publishing plugin that you install yourself and can remove whenever you want. No SSH, no SFTP, no hosting panel, and no access to your provider’s staging environment.

For Foundation work, there are two modes to choose from, written into the quotation: either temporary named access, logged and handed back on delivery; or we give your webmaster precise integration instructions with objective compliance criteria, and he does the integration. In that second mode, we answer for our deliverables and our instructions, he answers for his integration, and we tell you in writing about any gap between the two.

Our commitment: your webmaster is not an obstacle, he is a counterpart. We document everything so that he can check everything.

Case 5

Your website has “already been optimised” by another provider

Possibly very well. But we will never certify someone else’s work from paperwork: we cannot stand behind a quality we did not build, and you would not want a provider who signs with his eyes closed.

The honest route is the same for everyone: the Diagnostic (€1,500 excl. VAT, deductible) measures what the engines actually answer about you, then the eligibility audit looks at the website as it is and establishes the true situation, at public prices: if the previous work holds up, it is AEO setup only, the cheapest route; if not, it is an existing-site rebuild, and you will know exactly why, item by item.

Our commitment: if your previous provider’s work is good, the Diagnostic will say so plainly, and you will pay for the cheapest situation. Good earlier work is never penalised, it is recorded.

Case 6

You sell online

The boundary is simple and we state it before the quotation. Making your catalogue readable and quotable by the engines, product pages, structured data, content: that is our trade, and case 2 applies. Building or maintaining the transactional machinery, basket, payment, booking, customer account: that is a different trade, with different security requirements, and it is the subject of a separate offer, priced before any work starts, never an extra discovered along the way.

Our commitment: no work outside the quotation. If your request crosses the boundary, we tell you during scoping, not on the invoice.

If your case is not here

Your situation is not one of these six cases?

Every price quoted here points back to the complete price list, versioned and dated. The thirty-minute call exists for exactly that: no commitment, no access to your systems, and if we are not the right next step, we say so.

Just tell us which case you recognise yourself in, or which one is missing.
